He was predeceased by: his son Connard Paul Estep; his sister Mary Ellen Maclary; and his brothers-in-law, Irvin Maiorano and George Fernandez. He is survived by: his friend Masons; his wife Mary Rosetta Plum Estep; his children, Michael Ray Estep (Jackie) and Darlene Antoine (Rendal); his daughter-in-law Clarissa Estep; his siblings, Ronald Estep (Carmen), Gary Estep (Barbara), Shirley Maiorano and Sharon Fernandez; his grandchildren, Jason Antoine, Jesse Antoine, Brett Estep, William Estep and Grace Estep; and his great grandchildren, Pacific, Bella, Sophia, Zachary, Clark, Alma and Adele.
