She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Sanzone and Florence Sanzone (DeBright); her husband Wilson A. Short; and her sister Patricia Bailey. She is survived by: her son Robert A. Short (Bernadette); her grandchildren, Robert Short II and Nicole Short; and her great grandchild Anastasia.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Clara may be made to Resurrection Parish.
