Clark of Newark, Delaware, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Gertrude Clark; his wife Dale Clark; and his brother William Clark Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Steven Clark (Lynette), Diana Padham (Steven), Karen Russo (Arnold), Richard Clark (Maureen) and Elizabeth Buckingham (Roland). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
