He is survived by: his spouse Virgi; his children, Cecil Kessler, Jr. (Timber), Gina Winnette (David), Billy Ray Roark (Mary), Bobby Roark (Carol) and Nancy Roark (Manny); and his siblings, June Borger, Barbara Kessler, Paul K. Kessler, Jr. and Beverly Abrahams.
