She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Leroy Quail; her parents, Charles Richard and Lula Carter Jackson; her son Robert L. Jackson; her daughter-in-law Christina Jackson; and her siblings, Alfred Jackson, John Jackson, Cynthia Jackson and Evelyn Twyman.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Jackson of Nottingham, Steven Williams, Ronnetta Jackson of Coatesville and Marla Jackson; her grandchildren, Kaily, Rebecca and Jamie Jackson; and her brothers, Charles Jackson, Robert Jackson, Gary Jackson, Edward Jackson and Clarence Jackson. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
