It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Lee Hoffman of Newark, Delaware, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Evans Eastburn, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Renee Lynch (Timothy) and Brian Hoffman (Jessica); her grandchildren, Danielle Nichols, Brennan Nichols, Jordan Miller, Natalie Harris and Sasha Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Kai Giles, Charlotte Wrigley and Allister Miller; and her siblings, John Eastburn, Jr., Nancy Phillips and Sue Massengale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to, "Delaware Hospice" or "Helen Graham Cancer Center" and sent in care of the funeral home.
