We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2024, at the age of 81, Carolyn E. Vincent of Newark, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Falls and Marjorie Falls (Groppenbacher); her husband Harold E. Vincent; and her former husband John H. Regan. She is survived by: her sons, John C. Regan (Vanessa) and Michael A. Vincent; and her grandchildren, Sarah Regan, Kevin Regan, Jack Regan and Gavin Vincent.
