With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmela S. Quig of Newark, Delaware, born in Ocean City, New Jersey, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Snyder and Ernestine Estevez Snyder; and her husband Joseph B. Quig Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Joseph B. Quig III (Linda), Sandra S. Ritter (Greg), Michael G. Quig Sr. (Tammy), Tina L. Morgan (Philip) and Peter K. Quig (Boeing); and her grandchildren, Marie, Justin, Matthew, Meredith, Michael Jr., Cody, Luke, Ashley, Jennifer, Alexandra, Emily and Victoria. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
