He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Springer and Anne Springer; and his sister Judith Pritchett. He is survived by: his wife Susan Springer; his daughters, Kimberly Springer (Chris Winslow) and Cindi Morris (Martin); and his grandchildren, Caitlin Conrad and Nicholas Morris.

“Dear Susan, Kim and Cindi, I worked for Bucky in the mid 1970s. The gift he gave me was life altering! Bucky supported me to play high school sports while working for him. I’m sure scheduling me was a real problem, but he did it for me and did not make me choose! With those sports experiences I became a coach to 100s of kids all throughout my teaching career. My hope is that Bucky’s gift to me was passed on many times for decades. “Pay it forward” was really defined because of him. Larry Webber”
