He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce and Betty. He is survived by: his daughter Jenine Denham (Mitch II); his sisters, Patricia Clifton (Joseph Wysocki), Norma Clifton and Pamela Zuppo (John); his grandsons, DJ Mullin Jr., Mitchell Denham III and Jacob Denham; and his nephews, Anthony Zuppo and River Rodriguez.
