He was predeceased by: his husband Michael Joseph Bandy-Pistory. He is survived by: his father Gary Randall "Randy" Bandy; his son Dakota Bandy-Pistory; his stepfather J. R. Fontanez (McKeever); and his brother Anthony Fontanez (Jamie Rasinski). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
