He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Smith (Andy) and Jack Lazartic, Sr. (Joyce); his wife Monique Lazartic; his children, Bradford, Jr. and Bella; his brothers, Jack Lazartic, Jr. (Jessica) and Kirk Smith (Anna); his nephew Anthony; his niece Adriana; and his friends, Jason Bredemeier, Tom Anderson and Jason Marlowe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
