She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hess and Gladys White; her former husband George W. Parker; and her husband William Moffett. She is survived by: her son-in-law Randy; her siblings, Arlene Barclay and Edgar Hess (Sonny); her children, Richard K. Parker (Shelly) and Victoria Jane Becker (Randy); her grandchildren, Charles A., J. Miller Baynes, Sara and Brande Parker; and her great grandchildren, Palmer and Sophie Baynes.
