He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas and Anna Josephine Kosc (Shettler); his brothers, Robert Kosc and Thomas Kosc; and his grandson Bryan Joseph Kosc.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Kosc (Kmiec); and his children, Thomas J. Kosc, Stephen M. Kosc (Renee) and Andrew B. Kosc.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernie's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
