He was predeceased by: his mother Carla Moxley-Campbell. He is survived by: his fiancé Shannon McCoy; his father Jim Campbell; his stepmother Sandi Campbell; his siblings, Samuel Campbell (Kathryn), Alexandra Horn (Jerry) and Noah Campbell; his grandparents, Frank, Ann Campbell and Carol Ann Winkler; his stepbrothers, Anthony DiStefano and Daniel DiStefano; and his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Chase, Evie and DeLucia.
