We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2022, at the age of 72, Barbara S. Kelly of Newark, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Sartin and Thelma D. Sartin. She is survived by: her children, Ronald L. Kelly, Jr. and Melanie K. Thorp (F. Ray Thorp, Jr.); her grandchildren, Dalton Kelly, Tanner Kelly, R. Dylan Pennypacker, Brandon Petroulis, Kassidy Thorp and Savannah Kelly; her great grandchildren, Mason, Noah, Charleigh, Kori, Kaylani and Thomas; her sister Linda Graham (Ray); her nephew Glen Williams (Cricket); and her niece Becky Johnson (Al).
