With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara M. Concord of Newark, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stewart and Anna Stewart (Blunt); her husband John Concord; her mother-in-law Minnie Corsello; her siblings, Alice Pleasanton, Jean Palmatary (Don), Charles Stewart (Nancy), Robert Stewart (Lois), Edward Stewart (Connie) and Howard Stewart (Shirley); and her sons-in-law, Jim Smith and Gregory Goff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Goff, Debra Concord and Julia Pardue (Shawn); her grandchildren, Chris Sloan (Celia), Kari Kroll (Nick), Sarah Hammond (Matt), Brynn Smith, Kara Pardue and Allysa Pardue; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Grayson, Braiden, Levi, Bekah, Olive and Elliott; and her siblings, Carol Riggs and James Stewart (Jane). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
