She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Groo and Jane Groo (Rayner); her children, Andrew Kennard (Cathy) of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Michael Richardson (Whitney) of Covesville, VA, Kimberly Thiebeau (David) of Telford, PA and Matthew Richardson (Mary) of York, SC; her former husband Frank Richardson; her grandchildren, Shelby Grace, Molly Anne Thiebeau of Telford, PA, Christopher Emory and Ian Michael Kennard of Mt. Pleasant, MI; her sisters, Deborah G. Mellor of Chadds Ford, PA, Lisa Groo of Blue Hill, ME, Virginia Tracey (John) of Weatogue, CT and Jeanne Ellen; and her brother-in-law Christopher C. Mellor. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Newark Area Welfare Committee, or the Newark Senior Center's Meals on Wheels program.
