Bailey of Newark, Delaware, born in Cecilton, Maryland, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Bailey; her parents, Elsie Wilson (Whitlock) and James Wilson; her son-in-law Raymond Blackwell; and her siblings, Robert Wilson and Dianne Sprout.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Blackwell and Robin (Richard Beach); her grandsons, George Lutz, Jr. and Robert Lutz; her siblings, James Albert Wilson, Edward Wilson (Upon), John LeRoy Wilson (Martha) and Carol Wilson; and her brother-in-law Edwin Sprout (Nancy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
