She was predeceased by: her parents, William Andrew and Alice Irene Cook (Robinson); her son Carl Edgell; and her stepsons, David Oxendine, Howard Oxendine and Anthony Oxendine.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Oxendine, Sr.; and her children, Melissa Koria, Tommy Oxendine, Sr., Bridgette Flores, James Matthew Edgell, Sandra Barton, Jerry Oxendine, Sr., Michelle Peet, Michael Oxendine and Leon Oxendine, Jr.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made to Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Homes to offset funeral expenses.
