He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bennett and Carole Fulmer, Jr. (Bea). He is survived by: his wife Sheri Fulmer (George); and his children, Taylor Axelsson (Kristian), Ryan Fulmer (Brook), Mac and Pat McCallister.
