It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted L. Jennings of New Castle, Delaware, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Jennings and Bessie Jennings (Adkins); his wife Nedra Parcell Jennings; his sons, Steven P. Jennings and David A. Jennings; and his grandson Bryan A. Jennings.
He is survived by: his children, Jerome L. Jennings (Cynthia) of Gurnee, IL, Constance J. Ballato (Carl) of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Kevin G. Jennings (Cindi) of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
