He is survived by: his parents, John William Hoffman and Kelly Ann Ritchey; his fiancé Ashley Allen; his daughters, Ava Hoffman and Sadie Hoffman; his siblings, Renee Hoffman and Dillan Hoffman; his grandparents, John Ritchey, Linda Spiecher, John Hoffman and Patricia Reistle; his aunt Heather Stine; his uncle George Hoffman; his stepfather Philip Long, Sr.; and his stepsiblings, Philip Long, Jr. and Betty Long.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Seth's memory to his fiancé, Ashley Allen, at 4 Michie Road, New Castle, DE 19720 for assistance in raising their two daughters.
