With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosalie Fisher of New Castle, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Jennifer Fisher-Cook; and her brother Walter T. Boyer, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Neitz (Ronald) of New Castle, DE, Melanie Stille of Hockessin, DE and Steven Merritt (Kristen) of Northeast, MD; her siblings, Dorothy Williamson (Kenneth), Emma Henry, Sarah Perry and Edgar Boyer, Jr.; her grandchildren, Amber, Jessica, Tyler, Summer, Lanie, Hailey, Emily, Ava and Peighton; and her great grandchildren, Mya, Azaria, Joseph, Dior and Xolani.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Liver Foundation (P.O. Box 299, West Orange, NJ 07052).
