We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 61, Nancy J. (Sobolak) Foraker of New Castle, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sobolak and Margaret Sobolak (Favire); her former husband Willard F. Carter; her husband Daniel L. Foraker; her siblings, Rose Sobolak, Jimmy Sobolak and Kathleen Sobolak; and her brother-in-law John Welsh.
She is survived by: her children, Michael B. Carter (Terra) and Margaret A. Carter; her siblings, John Sobolak (Brenda) and Diana Welsh; her sister-in-law Cynthia Sobolak; and her grandchildren, Haileigh, Ava, Aiden, Lyam and Ella.
