He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Fenstermarker (Richard) of Brookville, PA, Leslie Grimming (Gary) of Pennsville, NJ, Herbert Ackley Jr. (Dorothy) of Maumelle, AR and Merle Ackley of Pennsville, NJ.; his children, Mark Allen Ackley Jr. (Pasha) of Dawsonville, Erin Margaret Ackley of West Deptford, NJ and Stacy Bachman of Pennsville, NJ.; and his girlfriend Leslie Nichols of New Castle, DE..
