He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar M. Loeb and Florence Loeb (Knabb); his wife Teressa Loeb; his children, Ronald Loeb, Robert Loeb and Cheryl Loeb; and his siblings, Grace Hoffman, Ralph Loeb, Harold Loeb, Irma Bauer and Naomi Kegerise.
He is survived by: his children, Jo Ann Quinn (Paul) of New Castle, Martha Taylor of Greensboro, NC and William Loeb (Maryann) of Newark; his sister Anna Burgert (Chester) of Leesport, PA; his grandchildren, Robert Quinn (Sharon), Alison Quinn (Jason), Kristofer Loeb (Erin), Matthew Loeb (Kelly) and Gisele Wells (Tom); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Abby, Mandy, Anthony, Brandon, Chrissy, Leo, Sybil, Henry and Jackson.
