He was predeceased by: his parents, LouAnne Cummins and Bill Cummins. He is survived by: his sister Kerri Poore (Mike); his wife Donna; his children, Bjorn (Giovanna), Hunter, Haily, Brittnee and Holli; his fiancée Tammie Espenshade; and his children, Jesse Espenshade and Katherine Clark.
