She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wizda and Mary T. Janus (Kopchinski); and her siblings, Thomas Wizda, John Wizda, Geraldine Lozechnik and Theresa Salko.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Joseph Rebarchak; her children, Edward Rebarchak, Brian Rebarchak (Sharon) and Glen Rebarchak (Kim); her granddaughter Klarissa Rebarchak; and her siblings, George Wizda, Jerry Wizda, Edmund Wizda, Ronald Wizda, Thelma Bartus, Joanie Sarosky and Elaine Trackim.
