In loving memory of James H. Harvey of New Castle, Delaware, born in Dover, Delaware, who departed this world on April 21, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Harvey and Virginia Marconi (Buckland). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Holcomb (Klonowski); his children, Steven Harvey (Susan), Michelle Littleton (Tracy), Christina Harvey (Felipe), Kevin Harvey, Amy Holcomb (Stephan) and Jenni Holcomb; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Brandon, Christopher, Josh, Amanda, Brianna, Andre, Kristi, Davian, Nani, Jaiden and Amir; and his siblings, Mark "Mike" Marconi (Barbara) and Linda Barlow. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
