He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch M. Mitchell, Sr. and Margaret Mae Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Mitchell; his children, Enoch "Marty" (Melissa) of Dover, Christopher (Regina) of Quakertown, PA, Mandy of Middletown and Matthew (Kristin) of New Castle; his sisters, Patricia Estep (Doug) of New Castle and Beulah Clark (Ed) of Kneeland, CA; and his grandchildren, Emily, Christopher, Cameron, Abby, Aiden and McKenzie.
