She was predeceased by: her husband Charles O'Neill; her parents, Elizabeth Kirkwood Alexander (Hackett) and Paul Kirkwood; her stepfather Samuel Alexander; her brothers, Paul, Olen and William Kirkwood; her son Robert O'Neill; her grandson Sam Montgomery; and her great grandchild Kathryn Gallagher.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Montgomery (Bob), Barbara Gallagher (Tuck), Donna Quinn (Larry), Chuck O'Neill (Rose), Kathy O'Neill (Pete), Lisa Holliday (Jim) and Mary Ann Bauman; and her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth McCloskey and Betty Kirkwood. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
