She was predeceased by: her parents, Joan Mulherin (Hinch) and John Mulherin; her husband Steve Bower; and her siblings, Jennifer Costa, Sean and Jack Mulherin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Zecha, Jaime Donnelly and Kristen Trapani (Steven); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Katherine, Erin, Meghan, Jackson and Ryan; and her sisters, Mary Frances, Connie, Cathy and Marie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Elizabeth's name to the New Castle Senior Center.
