He is survived by: his wife Andrea V. Speer (Miller); his children, Felisa M. Charles (Steven), Michael Speer (Candy), Jody Yeatman (J. C.), Megan King (Dan) and Eric Stoye (Ashley); his sisters, Janet Barnes and Mary Frances Parry; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Stephanie, DeAnna, Jessica, Lindsey, Kayla, Brooke, Brayden, Chase, Dallas, Logan, Cacey, Bryson, Ethan, Jacqueline, Michael, Meadow, Lexi and McKayla. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
