She is survived by: her children, Robyn Lyn Richardson (Tony), John Robert Purnell III (Tracy) and Brendan Clethis Purnell (Sarah); her grandchildren, Marcus, Christopher, Mikayla, Jada, John and Brendan; and her siblings, Joyce, Barbara, Deborah, April, Jennifer, Janie, Theresa, Ida, Daniel, Dwayne, Alonzo, Arthur, Richard and Frank. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Newark United Methodist Church (69 E Main St, Newark, DE 19711). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Gracelawn Memorial Park (2220 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720).
