We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Betty M. Baynard of New Castle, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. McDowell and Leva S. McDowell (Lathbury); her husband Teddy Roosevelt Baynard; her daughter Brenda B. Rodriguez; and her siblings, Doris Graham, Ruby Ramsay, Clifford McDowell, Andy McDowell, Junior McDowell, Garner McDowell, Phil McDowell and Catherine Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis A. Baynard, Terrie L. Rowles and Teddy W. Baynard; her sister Geneva Holcomb; and her grandchildren, Amy Perdomo, Eric Baynard, Savanna Gonzalez and Brenda Baynard. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty's memory to Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
