She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Clark and Dorothy Lee Clark (Trusty). She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Underhill (Steve), Cheryl Henderson, Deborah Kostikidis, Sheila Jackson and Daniela Demers (Jason); her grandchildren, Amy Walkinshaw (Mike), Carrie Clements (Brian), Rose Mera (Dave), Jeremy Platt, Tara Henderson, Richard Henderson, George Kostikidis and Phoenix Jackson; and her siblings, James Clark and Uneitta Anderson. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
