He was predeceased by: his parents, James Payne and Ada Webster Payne Amy; his stepfather Raymond G. Amy; and his siblings, Gloria Hope Payne, Ella Brown, Raymond and John Amy.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Payne; his daughters, Megan Fallers and Nicole Holecek; his sons-in-law, Matthew Fallers and David Holecek; his grandchildren, Kellan, Landon, Madden and Hayden; his siblings, Ronald Payne (Kim) of Middletown, DE and Arlene Gray of Chichester, PA.; his parents-in-law, Edward and Leslie Hildreth of Vineland, NJ; his siblings-in-law, Malinda Keeney (Jim) of Bristol, PA and Derrick Hildreth (Tammy) of Vineland, NJ; and his aunt Molly Payne Colbert of Lufkin, Texas.. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
