She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Iacobucci (Tony); and her son-in-law Charles D. Fields (Chaz). She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Deborah Patz (Phillip) of Ligonier, PA, Lucille R. Wilcox (Albert) of Milton, Delaware, Camille I. Connors (Michael) of Moon Township and Nanci J. Fields of Moon Township; her grandchildren, Brandy Grimm (Eric), Christopher Fields (Joy), James Schibner, Tara Primiero, Laura Billet (Doug), Kara Mundy (Zac), Stephanie Connors, Sarah Connors and Anthony Connors; and her daughter Lucy. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
