He is survived by: his sons, Keith Eley (Toishaun) of Milton, DE and Tyshia Partlow of Wilmington, DE.; his siblings, Marion Bagwell of Laurel, DE, Vivian Bagwell of Laurel, DE, Brinda Bailey of Bridgeville, DE and Jerome Bailey (Tonisha) of Cambridge, MD; his aunts, Annie Jeanette Bailey of Millsboro, DE and Rose Pryon of Virginia; his uncle Henry Bailey of Smyrna; his sister-in-law Deborah Bagwell of Millsboro, DE.; his grandchildren, Vynaiza, Lavay, Tyshia Jr., Tyshay, Jr. and Keith Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jahmez and Dishere; and his close friends, Stanley, Terrry and Mel. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
