She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgianna Bourassa and Phillip Bourassa; her husband Conrad J. "Frenchy" Provencher; her son Dennis Provencher; and her grandson Ralph Moccio.
She is survived by: her children, Doris "Wendy" (Stephen Leddy), Carol-Ann (Ralph Moccio), Joseph (Cindy Provencher), Thomas (Josephine Provencher), Francis (Linda Provencher) and Patrick Provencher; and her daughter-in-law Anne Provencher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
