It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Michael Stiber of Milton, Delaware, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Tyson Stiber Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Stiber (Cipriani) of Williamsport, PA; his close friend William; his significant other William H. McQueen, Jr. of Milton, DE; his brothers, Bob, Steve and Jeff Stiber of Williamsport, PA; his nieces, Brooke, Alyssa and Tysa; his nephew Cody; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Londyn, Charlotte, Valerie, Noelle, Cora, Leilani, Gunnar and Finley.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic social distancing protocols must be observed and masks must be worn by everyone participating in any aspect of the service.
