With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Lewis Maxwell of Milton, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 20. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Charles Conover Maxwell III and Edward James McClafferty. He is survived by: his parents, Lauri Maxwell and Charles Maxwell; his siblings, Dylan Rosenberg, Olivia Kelly, Adam Kelly, Emma Maxwell and Charlotte Maxwell; and his grandparents, Patricia McClafferty, Nancy Maxwell and Ken Salsgiver. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
