He was predeceased by: his parents, Johanna Embrey and Charles Augustus Embrey; his brother Henry (Hank); and his grandparents, Madeline and Henry Koopmans.
He is survived by: his wife Romaine; his children, Marlene (Ray), Robert (Christine) and Jeannine (Alex); his grandchildren, Rachel (Michael), Lindsay, David, Charles, Patrick, Alison and Chase; and his great grandchildren, Rachel and Eli.
