He is survived by : his wife Virginia McDowell (DiFrancis); his children, Donna Krajewski of Millville, DE, Michael Minard of Milton, DE, Tommy Minard of New Market, MD, Greg Minard (Kelly) of Millsboro, DE and Shawn McDowell (Jen) of Ocean View, DE; and his grandchildren, Casey Minard, Natalie Minard, Shane Minard, Michael Krajewski, Tim Krajewski, Madison Minard, Mathew Minard, Courtney Minard, Austin McDowell and Brayden McDowell.
