He was predeceased by: his father William Harkins. He is survived by: his mother Violet Harkins of Millsboro, DE; his daughters, Kelly Harkins of Wilmington, DE and Caitlyn Harkins of Wilmington, DE; and his siblings, Joanne Sterlacci (Rick) of Millsboro, DE, Michael Harkins (Brenda) of Middletown, DE and Patrick Harkins (Kimberley) of Newark, DE. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
