He was predeceased by: his parents, Althea C. Palmer and William G. Sr. Palmer; and his sisters, Julia Shirley Palmer and Rebecca Louise Bowden. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Laquita Taylor of Millsboro, Sheryl Laronda Coe of Millsboro, Diveadra Harmon of Bear and Wayne Anthony Mack (Sandy) of New Jersey; and his siblings, Josephine Izetta Blunt of Virginia, Bertha Elizabeth Almy Jackson (Vaughn) of Milton, James Alfred Palmer of Millsboro, Franklin Johnathan Palmer (Anna) of Millsboro and Thomas Carl Palmer (Doris) of Felton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
