He is survived by: his wife Rita Clare Bittner; his sons, Stephen Bittner (Kelly) of Street, MD and Andrew Bittner (Mandy) of Bel Air, MD.; his grandchildren, Rachel, Tyler, Greg and Colin; and his siblings, Francis Raab, Joseph Bittner, John F. Bittner Jr. and Mary Carole Beers.
