He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Christine; and his parents, Adolfus "Doc" Powell and Jessie Powell. He is survived by: his daughters, Myra Mitchell and Rebecca Kandler; his grandson Matthew Friday; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Kallie, Baley and Blair.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (22860 Dupont Blvd, Georgetown, DE 19947). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
