She is survived by: her husband Walter Monroe; her friend Sussex Countians; her children, Karen Jo Reed (Jim) of Lansing, KS, Walter Keith Monroe (Marie) of Millsboro, Mark William Monroe (Emily) of Ruckersville, VA and Pamela Monroe Serman (Gordon) of Millsboro; and her grandchildren, Melissa (Jeremy), Jenny, Paul (Ashley), Jon (Carolanne), Zachary, Allison, Luke and Ben.
